Not to mention Avast!

Running three antivirus programs really isn't recommended. Just choose which you want to use (I'd recommend AVG or Avast) and get rid of the others.

well spotted.....I did'nt even see AVAST ...lol

found AVG and thought that was the cause and stopped looking

this is just to say thank you all for your help, my pc going good now

could you poss recomend a good cleaner (free software) for my pc ?
i have c cleaner, but since i got rid of mcafee i lost it's clean up thingy ?

CCleaner does have a registry cleaner that comes free with it its under Issues, Scan for issues, if you just mean its not working as good or properly just reinstall.
