    Thanks everyone for the ideas! I hadn't thought about animal rescue centres, we have a few locally and that would also be a good excuse to visit them...the danger is I'll want to adopt every single cat and donkey in the place!!

    I would keep some offcuts for deliberate staining so you can experiment on how to get rid of stains.
