    Fair point. I have no issue with confronting them. I just figured that leaving them no opportunity to have their say would cause them more frustration.

    If I send it recorded delivery won't I have proof that they have recieved it? Assuming they sign for it of course.

    If they refuse it you have no proof, sent from two different post offices under normal deliver, a judge will accept that it's very likely they received at least one of them
    I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!
