recap - mouldy lucozade

just to ask - after the last letter, i wrote back to them and told them they still had not acknowledged no apology to my son and i thought their customer service is lacking, etc,......received a phone call yesterday from the environmental health saying that glaxosmithcline who make lucozade have phoned them and asked for a copy of all their findings to do with this case - they were phoning me to make sure i didnt have any objections to them doing this, i assured them it was ok...but, got we wondering surely they should've already had copies? do you think something is amiss in this case?
