I have friends who work in our local branch of Welcome Finance (WF). Apparently, all customers will be required to still make their repayments.
They said that W.F is part of the Cattles Group, which is being restructured, in partnership with the FSCS and ombudsman.
The loan book of Welcome Finance will be run down, and there looking to sell on a large portion of it.
However, other Cattles Group businesses, will still be operating, e.g: Shopacheck Financial Services and also they own a chain of Debt collectors.Thank you all for helping me make my day by saving money!0 -

WF17 9TD then according to companies house the company has been dissolved.
The best way to find out if ANY company is still operating and not in ceased trading is to use the companies house website and you can check their status.
