The psych app was okay. She was kinda suprised how well i had done - but said today was a small blip.
I didnt tell her too much, hate to lol - but she said concidering im not on any meds atm, i am doing well.
She said the weight loss has prob done alot for my mood recently, (but not my pocket, having to buy new stuff lol)
Go back again in coupla weeks so see how things go
As for DWP, they are as usefull as a chocolate frying pan really, trying to explain things to a person behind a desk with no brain isnt exactly fun lolNever do things tomorow when you can do them today.0 -
