    I'm so sorry.

Is there any reason why you can't ring the Samaritans? I'm sure they'd ring you back if that helped.

What out-of-hours cover does your GP offer?

Wish I could think of something more helpful.

I have been feeling so crap recently. I really need help but  I was desperate this morning and called the crisis team-no-one answered then I called again and apparently they were out but could be paged. I just said 'oh don't worry, bye' I've sent a text message to the Samaritans but they don't seem to give any yes or no answer. I feel really sick.

Hi rbk, just logged on and saw your post, hang in there!why not phone the crisis team and ask them to be paged ?that is what they are there for.As far as i know the samaritans are not allowed to give advise they are just if you want someone to listen so maybe they are not allowed to answer.

I'm too scared to ring. It took a lot of effort this morning to call the crisis team.

If you need a Doctor you have to go to the walk in centre @ A&E.

There is nothing to be scared of they are trained to help people in exactly your situation.I know you have said you need help but you do have to help yourself by asking for it.Don't think i am getting at you,i want to help but i don't know how, only by being here to listen and letting you know people do care.Do your parents know how bad you are fealing? maybe they could phone the crisis team for you.

    Hi Everyone

    Hi RBK
Awww I'm sorry you''re feeling so low today. Please ring the crisis team again and make sure you get help. It's good that you recognise that you need help It's a bummer when you can't get hold of someone but don't let that put you off. Phone, scream and shout until you get what you need right now. That may make you feel a bit better too.;) It's the last thing you need is to be begging for someone to listen but I am so glad that you can understand that your feeling very low.

Let us know how you get on. Take care.

    Hi rbk!:hello:
Hey sweetheart.hug.gif Rbk - I know it took a lot of strength and courage to call the Crisis Team hun. This morning you knew you needed that help and you made that call. I'm really proud of you for that. hug.gif
It must seem impossible for you to pick up the phone twice angel - but it isn't. Please call them again.
Let them page the Crisis Team hun. That's what they're there for angel. Try and hold your nerve sweetie - they'll know how hard it is for you to make the call.
You have a valid reason for calling hun - you're not wasting anyone's time. They'll be relieved you called now rather than letting anything get worse.

I saw that your light is off so I've missed you, but go to the walk-in centre hun. This will get you immediate help sweetheart. Each hospital has/shares an emergency on-call psychiatrist. It's better to go now than later - don't get any lower hun. hug.gif
If it helps, right down a little note saying what your problem is and hand it to the receptionist at A&E. That way you should be seen very quickly and you won't have to explain in front of other people, if that's a problem for you. I would really urge you to phone them in advance as well if possible angel.

For anyone who doesn't feel like The Samaritans (who are very good;) )will provide the intervention you need right now for you, you can also call NHSDirect. They also handle mental ill health.

You've had a tough time rbk this week, I know. Keep us posted angel - thinking of you.hug.gif
    Much Love,

    Hi Guys,

    Well, I have some news.

    I think I am pregnant!!! :T :j

I was 12 days late with my period (but mine are irregular, so this is nothing particularly unusual). I don't know why I did it, but I just thought I would take a home pregnancy test today and it came out positive.

Can't stop shaking, hubby and I have had silly grins on our faces ever since. Don't think it has really sunk in. Am going to phone doctor's for an appointment tomorrow. (Need to find out if I can still take my meds and if not what the alternatives are).

    Hugs to you all.

:hello: guys, thank you for all the support you've shown me this weekend. I really do appreciate it.

I was sick earlier so hopefully that has got rid of some of the tablets  Anyway, I know I need to see a Doctor so I will try to make an appointment for sometime tomorrow.

Thank you all for being so supportive (((HUGS)))
