    Morning all,

The girl in question hasn't responded to my text messages, a sign of guilt if ever I've seen one. All people can do is inflict "below the belt" remarks such as that one. Ahhhh well, rise above it.

Today, Im undecided as to what my plan is, yesterday I was insistent that I would sort out my room etc, but I'm going to have all week to do it since I've got interviews and nothing much more.

So I may look at it tomorrow, I've got plans to make for my assault on retail though, we shall see! I may just chill out alternatively!

Chill out sounds good. That's what sunday's for:)

Good morning Karrie :hello: Glad you're finding the exercise is helping. It helps me too. My mood took a bit of a dip in the latter part of last year and my exercise routine suffered, but my energy is returning now and I managed 3 thirty-minute runs last week and a thirty-minute swim, which is more than I've done for ages.

I'm afraid I don't have a book I can recommend. I must confess I have a bit of an allergy to self-help books in general:) Hmm, maybe that's why I have problems:D But hopefully one of the guys here can recommend a book for you.

    Have a good Sunday.

    Much love,

30 minute runs!!!  I am only up to run for 3 mins walk for 2 mins x 7. Next week I've got to run for 3 mins and walk for 1 min and I know I am going to struggle with that.
Life is like a box of chocolates, ya never know what yer gonna get ;);)

:D You'd be surprised, it builds up quite quickly. In any case it's 'time on the road' that counts, be it walking or running, it all helps.

I thought walking fast was better for you, jogging jars everything too much?

I think you're right there beer. I do all my running on a gym treadmill tho, which i think is less jarring than road running. LOL and I probably don't run enough for it to be an issue for me! But yes anything that gets the HR up is good;)

    How are you today?

    Fatalistic :(
Its all going wrong and there is nothing I can do about it.

Still, I'm alive, the birds are singing (probably, haven't been outside yet, but the little bleepers do most mornings here) and I still have most of my teeth. It could be worse :)

I'm not too bad thanks for asking. Leaving shortly to go see my folks - dad's birthday plus we're listening to the chelsea arsenal game. I say 'listening' - it's only on Sky:rolleyes:

Weekends are always weird for me. I spend all week craving them, but then come Saturday I'm all at a loss what to do with myself  And then tomorrow evening is counselling, so feeling a bit apprehensive about that as it's hard going... but reckon it's worth it.

Yeah, life sucks. You're not wrong there! Feel free to chat about it anytime though, if it helps.
