Morning all....its Friday...hope everyone has muddled through to fight another day

LTD - Congrats on selling the car hun...you are making great progress in moving your life forward...well done :T

Pumpkin Pie - I know exactly what you mean about your counsellor being lovely-my second one was like that and it made me feel as though she was too nice to burden her with my worries...I even told her this and she assured me she was fully trained to cope with everything I told her and that she was there to help me! Our problem is we assume we are a pain in the toush to everyone, when we are generally the opposite!

Miro - Sooo glad the pain seems to be subsiding hun! Try not too worry about it not reducing-but remember to try your hardest to keep your tongue and fingers away from it...I know easier said than done, but it will help babe.I totally agree with clove oil, it is superb for mouth ailments, and usually costs less than £1! With regards to the counsellors, I had to tell my story for the first time so many times I felt like a robot that was reading it out-but it does help to talk.

It's a dull ache today..........and yes, tongue and fingers tend to make there way to the sore spots

Will look for some clove oil, sounds good

Counsellours - Maybe i'll keep trying. It's once a fortnight for an hour, which is enough for now
