EthelBloggs wrote:miro.. if you have some ibuprofen somewhere.. take the equivalent of 400mg with 2 co-codamol... this is what my dentist advised when I had pain.. the ibuprofen is an anti inflamatory and takes a bit of the swelling down so it relives the pressure a bit.. it definitely worked a treat for me.. although I ended up having to have the tooth out cos it broke in half  thankfully it was at the very back of my mouth so it can't be seen, lol
wish you better *huggs*
Only co-codamol
It's better than it was, but still aching - hope I get some sleep tonight.0 -

Sazbo wrote:Ok Miro hun, I just finished reading back. What a nightmare you keep having that tooth pain again and again, must be awful. Have the painkillers kicked in now? Not feeling too painful now I hope. I have to say, most dentists I've had (all NHS admittedly), apart from one, have been absolutely dire  Rant over:D Anyway hope you get it all sorted soon hun. Much love, Sazxx
It's a bit better now, but still aching. Would be worse without the painkillers. Just hope the swelling goes down soon.
Dentists i've had too, are all :mad:0 -

Hope so too.. toothache is soo miserable
if you have any clove oil.. a bit of that on a piece of cotton wool and put it near the painful bit numbs it a bit but tastes vile if it gets near your tongue.. same with a soluble aspirin, just hold it on the painful bit and let it dissolve☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

Yup, my least favourite pain, along with heartache
My co-codamol is soluble as I can't swallow tablets
Have bonjela, but guess that won't do much?0 -
