G E Money ppi

Hi

I have a claim for mortgage ppi going through with GE Money. They
had untill 9th August to resolve this as stated in their letter to me. I
have phoned them and was told it was comples but ruling had been
in my favour but due to the amount it had to go higher for authorisation. I had a phone call from them yesterday asking why I
was claiming this back and was told it would be at least another 10 days before a final decision is made. I dont know what to do at this stage or what to think. Any advice would be most welcome.
