First Direct PPI refund

thank you for your reply
I didn't write to them originally, I rang them and told them why I felt it was mis-sold

my reasons are
they told me I had to have it or else I wouldn't of been able to have the card
I also asked for it to be removed during the time it was being applied (as it would of made my payments more manageable) but again I was told no.

When I rang them last week declining their offer of £100 and to say I wasn't happy that the other 2 cards PPI refund was refused I was told that once I have their final response I would be able to go to the FOS

I have copies of my application forms and I can clearly see that the NO box has been ticked then crossed out then the YES box has been ticked, this is on both card 2 and 3.
I just want to know if you think I am pushing my luck as they are old. First Direct arent saying NO because of the age of the accounts tho.

So you've already got the final response?

Then in that case, it's to the FOS, it sounds to me that you already mentioned at least one reason for mis-sale.
