I have screenshot all the relevent pages if Roboform would like to see them, or anyone else needs them

Yes, when I read first your OP I was about to suggest "oh you might try the consumer rights forum" until I saw that it had already come from there :)

You could put the screenshots online, e.g. image shack or photobucket.

Why??? I don't need any tech help? I know how to use ROboform.

Its just I bought 4/5 copies of it over the years, and part of the selling bonus of buying the Pro version instead of using the Free version, was that you are entitled to Free Upgrades. However the company has no decided they are not going to honour this anymore and want to recharge all existing customers to upgrade to version 7....

I know how to upgrade, but whereas in the past I have just accepted the auto upgrade, this time, I have luckily found out that if I do so, it invalidates existing licences and asks us to pay again for an upgraded version of the same product 30 days after upgrade. No warning, no box to tick to say that you accept this happening... it just happens...
My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly :)

Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx
