Glee 3D Prize Game Competition Terms and Conditions

• The Promoter of the Glee 3D Prize Game(“the Competition”) is Twentieth Century Fox, 31-32 Soho Square, London W1D 3AP.
• By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules.Eligibility
• All UK & Eire residents are eligible to enter the Competition, excluding employees of Twentieth Century Fox, Vue and Serious Trivia and any other person connected to the promotion. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before entering.Entry Requirements and Game Rules
• Only points scored on games played from the Glee3D Prize Game icon on www.myvue.com count towards the Competition. All other games are played for fun only.
• Any games played on Facebook are for fun only. Points scored on Facebook Leagues are not added to points scored on the www.myvue.com.
• Players can play an unlimited number of Glee 3D Prize Games during the Competition period.
• Players’ top 10 game scores achieved playing the Glee 3D Prize Games during the Competition Period will be recorded on the Gleek League and count towards the Competition.
• Based on a 10 player game, points are awarded on the Gleek League as follows:
  • 1st Place 5,000 points
  • 2nd Place 3,000 points
  • 3rd Place 2,000 points
• If less than 10 players are participating in any game, the points awarded are reducedby 10% for each player less than 10 participating in a game.
• Players are awarded additional points as follows:
  • Points equal to 10% of final tokens achieved in a game
  • 10 points per correct answer
  • Average speed bonus points
• Players are deducted points as follows:
  • 5 points per incorrect answer
  • 2 points per passed question
• The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the competition or prize draw.
• The Competition Period begins on Thursday 4th August 2011 and ends at midday (British Summer Time) on Thursday 1st September 2011 (“the Competition Period”).Judging
• The winner will be the player who achieves the highest number of points on the Gleek League by 12pm (British Summer Time)on Thursday 1st September 2011.Winners
• Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 28 days of the notified closing date.
• The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to our notification within7 days from the date contact was initially attempted or notification was sent, we will be entitled to select an alternative winner.Prize

  Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
  2 Nights accommodation at a 4 Star Hotel in the heart of Manhattan

  Travel must be taken between 15th January and the 31st March 2012, excluding School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and US)
  The trip must be booked a minimum of 3 months in advance.

  Travel must include a Saturday night stay in your destination.
  Departure airport used will be London Heathrow only.
  Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.
  Hotel will be classed as a 4 Star, based on two adults sharing a twin or doubleroom (winner’s choice) with en suite bathroom on a room only basis.
  Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and excludes sold out events.
  UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception.
  It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
• Prizes are as stated and are non-transferable.
• No cash alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of an equal or greater value unless the stated prize becomes unavailable.
• The receipt by the winning entrants of any of the prize components is conditional upon compliance by the winner (and any guests) with any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations, as well as these rules. Winning entrants (or their parent/guardianif under 18) may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of these rules and other terms and conditions and/or consents relating to the prizes.
