Praise/Review for Wheelers Luxury Gifts

I purchased a pendant from Wheelers website https://www.wheelersluxurygifts.com which arrived the next day with free delivery. Upon inspection I noticed that there was a cosmetic fault where one side of the pendant looked a lot bigger than the other half due to excess enamel. I contacted them straightaway with pictures, and Wheelers' most helpful manageress advised me to send it back so she could compare it to the others in stock and pick the best one for me.

The whole returns process was easy & hassle free, plus they refunded my returns postage. My replacement also arrived next day delivery, and I am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall shopping experience. These days outstanding customer service seem to be few and far between, so it is wonderful to come across a company who really looks after its customers :T
