stay or go...

Little help needed to see if I should stay or go.

Received a letter from Scottish hydro abt their impending price increase for my electricity by 11%.
I am currently on domestic standard, and in the past year they say I have used 3005.16kWh (is this good/bad for a timber, 2 bed + boxroom house built in the 1950's with only 1 adult, 1 child and now a kitten)
They estimate my costs for next year to be approx £434.22.

Would u recommend that I stay, or that I look around for something better?

Sorry if their is already an existing thread I should add this too.
