Found a pallet supplier!

After some looking around I found a supplier on eBay, he has very very high amount of feedback and only the odd neg which is to do with NPB's.
His got a few pallets on eBay and many more outside of ebay and has offered me a blind pallet which is basically items, all working, that I dont know about. I only know whats there after I receive it but it is all working...thats what I like about this seller, everything in the pallet is working, only packaging might be damaged and there may be scratches on items but they are like a repair center, the buy and fix then sell.
I do trust them 100%....they have over 7,000 feedback and claim to sell loads of pallets everyday. BUT I cannot visit them as they are outside London, so I have to pay £70 for delivery which isnt bad...I am still in the process of finding out what kind of pallets they can offer me as my budget is £300 now inc delivery!
What do you think? The only thing now is making sure most of the items are electronic, just messeged him and awaiting a reply!
Profit is not a priority, I would be happy to make the money invested again, its for my BTEC Business course.
Whats your thoughts on the above? For me its hard finding a trustworthy wholesaler, unique thing about this one is the fact that he has high feedback and all items he sells are working!
Let me know what you think on pallets and my situation.
Thanks for reading,

A blind pallet is £75...well it starts from £75 then theres a £70 delivery charge so I can get a cheap one to test out. All pallets come with working items, there are no 'untested' items. All are working.0

... or they say all are working. whats their policy on returns? or warranty?0
-
if they are selling the items at half what they are worth on ebay, are you not potentially losing all your profit margin just getting it posted?
having said that if its for a project then its probably worth a go, just to see what happens..0 -
It's the delivery which is a problem. They dont take returns but prmoise all items are working, which I beleive as their feedback speaks for itself.
Would there be a cheaper way of getting the pallet delivered? e.g. Me arranging a courier? How much would it cost?0 -
you could use a sameday courier or an overnight company like nightfreight, it all depends on the distance for the sameday courier because they charge by the mile whereas a nextday company would charge a standard price.
How far away from the place are you ?0 -
They are in Yorkshire and I'm in Central London. Quite a bit!0
