I've just got all my bumpf through for my balance transfers but can't see anything about how this cashback mullarky works - has anyone else been through it. The New Delhi hotline was thin on answers as well!
I'd be very grateful for any assistance.

Cashback appears as a credit to your card statement either on a fixed date of the calendar year, or on the one year anniversary of your application ( depending on the company.)
There is usually a line on each credit card statement to tell you how much cashback you earned that month, but it is not actually "paid" until later in the year.
Do double check though that a balance transfer will trigger cashback. As far as I am aware, cashback is only awarded on true spending transactions, not balance transfers0 -

I have just done this on the 3.2% barclaycard. The cashback was credited to the barclaycard account balance 2 days after the BT fee.
Seems a bit silly really why they don't just make it 2.8% to start with!0
