Prize draw terms & conditions

1. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are Tesco Clubcard Holders aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Tesco or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Prizes: 1st prize - 7 night bed & breakfast holiday for 2 people sharing, to the 5* Savoy Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, including flights to and from London - airport to be confirmed subject to departure date requested. Departure dates available are weekdays between 21/11/11 - 12/12/11 and 5/1/12 - 23/1/12, and are subject to availability. Resort transfers, transfers in UK, travel insurance, meals other than breakfast, spending money and in-flight meals are not included. There are 25 runners-up prizes of 1,000 Clubcard points.
3. To enter: Eligible customers who sign up to receive Clubcard emails at www.tesco.com/clubcard/email between 15 August and 15 September 2011 and provide a valid UK Clubcard number will be entered into the prize draw.
4. Entrants will only be entered into the prize draw once, regardless of how many times they subscribe to Clubcard emails. No entrant may win more than one prize.
5. Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is available. Prizes are strictly non transferable and non refundable.
6. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
7. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed.
8. The closing date for entering is 11:59pm on 15 September 2011.
9. Winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries and notified by email within two weeks of the closing date. No responsibility is accepted for notification emails being blocked, corrupted or delayed. If the 1st prize winner doesn’t respond to the notification email within 2 weeks they forfeit the prize. Runners-up will have their 1,000 points prize added to their Clubcard account and will receive them in their next available Clubcard statement.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value.
11. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Details of the winners will be made available 28 days after the closing date by sending an SAE to Clubcard email competition, Tesco Stores Ltd, Delamare Road, Cheshunt, Herts EN8 9SL.
13. Promoter: Tesco Stores Ltd, Delamare Road, Cheshunt, Herts EN8 9SL. Winners agree to have their names published in the Clubcard email, Clubcard twitter feed and / or on the Tesco facebook page.
14. By submitting your email address as entry to the competition winners agree to Tesco Travel Store or a partner travel company contacting you via email in order to fulfil the prize.
15. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

if you have a joint clubcard/credit card make sure you put the clubcard number along the bottom of the card NOT your credit card number which is in the centre - that's 28 years of working in banking coming out in me
