Bought a white dsi console off line from cash generator. today it arrives and it is a boxed white ds console..
Have checked my order details and clearly states its a dsi that I bought and when looking at it online there was photos of a dsi and a description stating what a dsi console can do..
Will I be able to get a refund or will it be a case of hearsay as they can say I did get a dsi..
have emailed them to complain but waiting for a reply..
Sorry just worried as I bought it for my daughters birthday present.

see what they say - it looks like someone has pulled a fast one on trade in by the looks of it...you are entitled under the DSR's to a refund anyway...0

DSR applies for OFF line sales? (What does that mean actually? OFF line sale?)0

Maybe the OP's typing is a little off today and they mean on-line sales? The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0
