Anyone used Holiday Taxis.com?

Options
Hi,

I 'm booking a transfer fron Tenerife South to Playa de las Americas in July for 12 people and Holiday Taxis are coming up with a good price and Quidco too, I just wondered if anyone had used them recently?

Cheers

hi there call centre guru I have used holiday taxi's a few times and they have always been very reliable so thumbs up from me!!!
  • Many thanks asquiths, I've used Resorthopper before they were very good but they work out quite expensive this time.
Cheers savepenny but for the quantity of people it's better going direct rather than through travel republic

    Very professional staff, good service
  • Stayed in Tenerife and the return transfer failed to arrive, phoned emergency number 3 times to be told on way then they returned call to say had been and gone.We were at the designted pick up point at the alloted time.Emergency contact said get a taxi and we will refund you if you get a receipt, almost admitting guilt. Now back in UK its a different story. No joy.
Just told same thing, driver waited then left.We were on the mobile to them inquiring whereabouts when driver said he was supposedly waiting for us.Still chasing refund.
    Dont go with ----<WWW.HOLIDAYTAXIS.COM>
,at least not to Tenerife.Be warned.....

We booked with holidaytaxis.com for our shuttle transfer from Palma Mallorca to Cala Bona. We didn't have any problems, however the transfer time was quite a bit longer than advised. The return pickup time was about 40mins earlier than I'd requested, although I did receive a text the day before informing me of this (I called 24hours prior to pickup as requested, only to be told to call back later that day, but they text me about an hour later). The shuttle driver on the return transfer spoke very little English which did pose a slight problem. Our driver did help one couple out at a hotel he was picking up from anyway, as their driver (from a different company) had not turned up.

Not fantastic, but would probably use again. Although next time would probably get a private transfer.
