I use MiniDVR 3 with a bullet camera - works well. Do a search for my Youtube username - t1sutton - for many examples of videos from it.
Am very happy with it.
^^ That's what I use now
Bought direct from China, saved myself £100 over UK prices.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

My camera system cost 69p - it's an app called Witness Driving that I use on mu iPhone - does speed, GPS, G-forces - everything these expensive systems do - gives great footage......can't post the link so you'll have to search on Youtube...0

you will notice from the video the gps tracker is all over the place. Well it is free so who cares. You can flick from looking at the video alone, gps only or split screen as shown on video. When you download the video onto pc you have only the video and not gps detail.
Not bad for a freebie. Easy to use. Trouble is now i need a mobile holder :-) Anyone know where i can get a cheap one?Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problemsWell at least i learn something on the way

Helps if your phone can get a proper GPS lock and not just use the network antenna gps which can be a fair bit out.
I use a cheapo universal phone screen mount bought off ebay for about £4.
I have a galaxy S2 so quite a large phone. But its easy to position so the camera clears the mount. Proper Samsung
mount has a hole for the camera but costs £20 to £30.
Need to see where your cam is and what mount will allow it to keep the camera clear and not wobble everywhere.
I have a flip case and its hard to position high up on the screen. Fits down the lower corner a treat though.
Not sure how these apps run on lower spec phones but on mine they run well, Except i think its autoboy doesnt
like recording at full HD res. Half the pic gets corrupted.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
