Shower rail in incorrect place? Altnative idease please?

Installed really nice shower with rounded shower rail/curtain. Not sure why but whatever you do, the shower curtain seems to stick to you when your in the shower. I'm wondering is the shower rail in the correct place, or should I buy a shower screen? I really, really want to find a cure for this problem, so if anyone can help I'd really appreicate it.

Obviously, I dont want to move the curtain rail unless I'm pretty sure thats going to fix the problem. All ideas welcome please
Its an offset bath - pics attached (hopefully)

That's what shower curtains do. It is a rather unpleasant experience. Which is a good reason to fit a shower screen
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

Thanks, but I've never had the problem before though this is first time with an offset bath. If a shower screen is the answer, any recommendations on what to look for in a suitable shower screen? Thanks
