I telephoned them and explained my 2yr old had dropped mine in the coffee cup trying to scan the coffee, and they was really polite and sent it straight to me and i received it in time to get my 3000 points for each shop 3 weeks prior to xmas

Yes, I really do work for them! (for a slightly different part of the company, but I can still find out info usually, I just hassle people in other departments!)

I'm afraid I don't know who answers the phone, but I apologise on behalf of the company for her rudeness!!!


Snackattack - TNS surveys is separate from shopandscan, but if you go to https://www.shopandscan.com then you can register there. As for the length of time before you can log in, it should be straightaway, I can't remember if there's a confirmation email.

thanks for that but it says i need an invitation code to join them i have asked them about this and they emailed me asking me to join the volunteers site which i did but havent heard a word from them...have asked on here before about an invitation code if anyone has one but isnt interested in using it to pm me as i would love to join up but noone has one unfortunately...
