edit, lol just remembered did a 1000 point questionairre a while ago but having just looked at my account and I have 10000 and only just had £20 argos vouchers must be the 3000 for 3 weeks before xmas, going to be really good and save them a bit longer though

i haven't had an email - but i also can't see anything on the website after logging in called 'my reward account'. there's a 'my account' option but that just summarises all the points i've had so far.... (i hope it's not too obvious so i feel like an idiot!)

the survey is most likely one that's sent to you because you fit a particular profile, so unfortunately not everyone will get it, and if you are eligible, you'll receive an email invite.
but don't worry - plenty get sent out, so everyone else is likely to get other opportunities in the future, the best thing you can do to up your chances is to keep your profile up to date!
