    I think anyone in there right mind would avoid an IPA , especially with the current rules of zero surplus, If they allowed 50% or even 25% it would be a totally different matter, there would be incentive to earn more money to treat the family to a day out. But as it stands what incentive is there to earn more if you have to hand it all over?

    I've been told I dont earn enough money for an IPA, im just hoping someone doesnt come along later and question my SOA to try to find some surplus. Does anyone know if this is possible once its been agreed?

    hi..I think the OR can apply to Court to extend or suspend AD if they haven't fully completed investigations.
    No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
  • I myself an oh went break in June my oh had his ppw through in July Im still waiting i had my ni. Tax code yesterday so i know Im having a ipa so Im going to call the or thus morning!
