You need to make sure you put a '2' in the second Adults box...
definitely did this - 2 in both adult boxes (wasn't quite sure why they need 2 boxes but still).

have now decided just to buy the rail part online and get the underground on Oyster to make use of vouchers and money hanging around on rarely-used Oyster card.0 -
I can get RSH to show 2x adult return tickets (with Network Railcard) at £48.80 no problem.0

Sorry to resurrect this old thread but I think it's important that people get a comparative price before they use RSH with a voucher.
I'm trying to book a ticket, and found it for £34.50 at 4 places - and £54.50 at RSH - even with one of the £10 vouchers that are going around, it's still £10 more!0
