Bank of Scotland PPI reclaim help needed!

Hey, this is my first post so go easy on me!

I have a Bank of Scotland credit card that I took out YEARS ago, maybe in 2005/6 I can't really remember.

I'm being charged the PPI cover every month as part of the card. I was wondering if I can reclaim that money.

I need help because I have NO idea what's going on with all this. I don't know how to start the process of reclaiming or if I'm even entitled to. I can't even remember taking this cover out to be honest....

I really am so so confused by all this but really want my money back if I can get it. It would help to pay of the dept on that credit card!

If you think you were mis sold the ppi for some reason then yes you can make a reclaim, all you do is complete the reclaim questionnaire as below on step 3, send to the main/head or complaints office of whoever sold you the account, keep a copy for yourself as well.
They normally have 8 weeks to make a decision, but if they need more time they will write to let you know.

Aw thanks so much. That looks good.

Is there any advice you've got to help my claim go through when I'm filling out the questionnaire? Anything I should or shouldn't say in it?
