i know what you mean!
2 weeks tomorrow i fly to cyprus for 4 days for my best friends wedding- then after that no planning!
we are wanting to buy a house- so from sept we will be looking/viewing- so that 1 thing to help occupy my time!
then from dec we want to try for a baby- so another thing to plan!

but im jealous of the ppl whose weddings are still to come!!

Love your diary of your day, and all the pics. Especially love the one wear you can see one of the guests putting on a pair of the flip flops in the background.

Try not to dwell on the minor hiccup as in years to come everyone will only remember all of the little personal touches that made your day special.

And of course CONGRATULATIONS lol x

I think i might of been alright because we were also invited to 3 weddings this year and i was really looking forward to them, as i would love to be a guest at a wedding like mine (i know that sounds a bit big headed but i really put thought into my guests day)
and as it turns out all three weddings have been either permanently called off (1) or postponed for the foreseeable future (the other 2)

i wanted to play 4 weddings!!!!!! lol

we have decided we are going to renew our vows in 25 years on a cruise (thats what we did for our honeymoon)
although i dont think i will fit in my wedding dress in 25 years haha

oh 3 weddings cancelled isnt good!

we have hubby's sister wedding in october- that in a church and reception in hotel
then hubbys brother in jan- that in holiday inn
and my best friend in 2 weeks on friday in cyprus

ohh i am playing 4 weddings hehe

Awww Sammy, thanks for the lovely report - it felt like I was there along the way (plus it's given me an idea as to what happens and what I will feel like before, during and after.)

I glad the day went well on the whole apart from a few little hiccups, the photos are beautiful and you look gorgeous in your dress.

(And keep us posted... We want the baby pics when you have one!)

Congrats sammy...have only just found time to sit and read all this, amazed you found the time to write it all but glad you did
I'm half getting panicky that I'm now less than 2 months - partly cos I keep thinking of what I've not done but also already not looking forward to not having the wedding to look forward to! Hope your Chester weather pays us a visit in October
