Hi,
Ok so this is kinda for Aussies,
well im currently living in a townhouse with a mortage of aroound $400,000 i think and our bank says it will take 28 years to pay off, while were paying $1,200 a fornight + the strata payments
there is also another home which is better then the townhouse with will have me paying 1,000 a fornight with no strata and it is closer to my childrens schools and my work
So which would be better, i mean 28 years is a long time and im already 48 years old.
Also on our townhouse we have renovated alot of things so i belive we would get a significant profit for selling it.
Thanks
