Santander Loan PPI letter - advice

Hi all,

Sorry if my questions could be answered elsewhere but I'm finding it hard to search for what I need.

I've received a letter from Santander regarding 2 loans that I took out between Jan 05 & Jun 07. They have included a questionnaire about PPI. I know that I had PPI on both but I have moved house 3 or 4 times since I had the loans and as they were paid off (at least one of them early) I got rid of lots of paperwork so I have no information to complete the questionnaire.

My questions are:

- What's the best way to get all the original info, loan account numbers, etc? I wasn't sure if I could send a template letter without even the loan account numbers?

- I received this letter at my old address which thankfully is owned by family so I was able to get the letter from them. Should I be using that address when sending info or use my current address (which is where all my current Santander accounts/ loan info/ statements is sent)?

- Will the info I receive from the bank show the final statement when the loan was paid off? I don't remember ever getting a PPI refund when the loan was paid off early (on any of the loans I've had) but is it possible that they include that in the loan total when you ask for a final balance to pay it off early?

Sorry if these don't make sense, I'd appreciate any advice/ suggestions.

Thanks
