    Is this a debt collector?

Usually best not to ring. Personally I would email them with your BR details and instructions to **** off!

But whatever, you decide to do, there is no need to worry. Nothing at all they can do.

Also forward the letter etc to your OR. Perhaps requesting that they contact them again, as their harassment is causing you distress?

    Mandyl,

I do hope you have used the Charity debt management agency ( cccs )

Stop worrying they are trying to bully you and will more than likely accept the offer to pay a reduced rate from your plan.

Forward all the letters to the OR and let them deal with the companies directly. I'm sure once the OR has reminded the offending companies of their obligations that the letters will stop.

Mandy, there is nothing they can do to you now, just tell them to sling their hook, or words to that effect;)
