After pestering Andrea Barry - Manager of Customer Service with emails i have finally received a reply at 09.08am this morning saying that my final response has been sent in the post today and should be with me in the next couple of days......how ever i did mention to Andrea cc. Mr Osorio that i was leaving the country for 4 weeks on 8th September and my wait since 03.05.11 has been a v loooooooooong wait and how frustrated i am. please everyone reading this message keep your fingers, ears legs and everything else crossed for me as i'm i'm expecting a payout on 4 loans.

Next Monday will be exactly 16 weeks for me waiting.

If anyone has any updates please update me for Lloyds TSB.

To those waiting for a response from all the banks - a very big good luck from me....

  • I received offer from lloyds for a loan via black horse. Not happy as even though i used FSA papers and kept it simple apparently i failed to say the obvious - i wanted to cancel my ppi and reclaim. There is no clear place to do that. said i was missold and filled in all sections, received offer 17 weeks later and it was very well laid out etc BUT I didnt understand a word of it - by my reckoning ive paid about 3,000 (loan finished last week by coincidence) and theyve not taken account of the current loan. offer was about half of what i claimed for with interest, acknowledging interest and pro rata extra cost of my loan etc etc etc BUT I want all my monies back. oh yeh "if you want to cancel your ppi please call this number" and an extra table of payments for what they call a 'live loan'. Surely if you write on fsa forms and give all the reasons why you didnt want and were missold they should assume you want to cancel it - just a word of warning to anyone - yes i kept form simple but it appears i didnt state the obvious. probably have to wait another 16 weeks now - though i shouldnt as they have already worked out all the figures!

Do not cancel the ppi on the 2nd loan that you want to claim mis sell for, your loan apr and term will increase, contact the bank (if you havent already) to ask why both loans were not looked at,i take it you put both loan numbers on the form?.

If you think they have not paid you full redress for one loan, post the figures here

you also need to put the loan start and end date, the whole ppi amount.

If you win mis sell for the second loan, the ppi is automatically cancelled and this loan will be reset.

Could you post the full response from Lloyds with the figures they gave you.

You filled the FOS form in right, you dont need to tall them what amount you are claiming or that you want to cancel the ppi, this is automatic if you win.
