Carcraft PPI

A few years ago i was one of the unfortunate many who were bullied into taking out PPI whilst buying a car from Carcraft, those who have dealt with them will have remembered the experience well.

The original payments were made to GE Money in Leeds, then they were taken over by someone else, and now i believe they have been taken over by Santander.

I would like to try and get my PPI payments returned to me, however, i am assuming that Santander will be responsible for the debt now they have taken over?

    Hi there

As far as I know Santander are dealing with GE complaints, what my son done (Store card PPI), that was GE money, was he wrote to them and his complaint was then moved on to Santander, so even if you did write to these, I assume they would forward it on to Santander anyway.
I would post by signed for recorded deliver for your proof of posting.

And there is a reclaim questionnaire on step 3 below, complete and send, keep a copy for yourself as well, they usually have 8 weeks to make a decision, but some banks have been given more time due to the backlog of complaints.

    Good luck.
