Letters from Atlantic for £100 credit
Hi guys,
This morning i recieved 2 letters from my energy provider Atlantic energy. One each for gas and electric. They both say:
"We have credited your account with £100 to help you cover some of the extra energy you may have used over the winter. This will not be refunded to you as we will be sending a message to your meter within the next 10 weeks, which will reduce the amount you owe."
Anybody else had these letters? I am on prepayment meters so not entirely sure how this will work for me.
Kind regards
Sam
