Just a quick one, I'm sure the answer is obvious but thought I'd throw it out there.
I'm currently looking to start viewing/searching for properties in Manchester, and there are quite a few EA's with branches all over the city.
My question is, if I have an area in mind, am I better going to the branch local to that suburb, or will a branch local to me be just as helpful for properties in other areas.

In theory, the branch local to where you want to buy should have the local "expertise" and be managing the listings for the properties in that area - so you would probably be best dealing with them.0
