Anyone got any ideas 
Got a card through for three month free rental on the 2 for £12.99 offer.
My wife changed the account over from the 3 for £15.99 by logging in and using the code with her account details.It confirmed to her that it had the changed the account over.
Without realising she had changed it, I logged in and changed back to 3 disks.
Little while later, get charged twice £15.99 and £14.99. Contacted Lovefilm and okay, got stung by your T&C's, but why charge £14.99 when they themselves state the charge is £12.99 - they keep insisting that they only charged £12.99 as that is what their system says :mad:
After several emails back and forth, I get 3 of my requested DVDs appear on the dispatched list and two arrive in the post.
I get an email from Lovefilm just after this asking which account am I querying, as I have two ???. Email back stating that they only allow 1 acct per address and why is their now two, when we only have 1 acct and 1 set of passwords etc.
Today, I get two more DVD's in the post so I log on to my account and lo and behold , the three that where showing yesterday have disappeared and been replaced by 3 new DVD's, two of which arrived in the post today.
Has anyone got any ideas ??? Lovefilm Customer Service cant even string a coherent email together :rolleyes:

I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.

Have you ever had a trial/subscription with ScreenSelect/Tesco? That might explain having 2 accounts with lovefilm. When they took over, old accounts with other companies were made into lovefilm accounts.
I do not pay for lovefilm subscriptions.
First ScreenSelect paid me £12.50 cashback for a one month trial.
Then LoveFilm paid me £7.50 cashback for a 3 month trial.
Now they have offered me another 3 month free trial.
When this is finished, I will haggle for an offer that is something like 3 months for the price of 1.They say you can't put a value on life... but I live it at half price!0
