There is one prize to be won. The prize is a one day cookery course (from 10am to 4pm) on Sunday 11th September 2011 at the Novelli Academy, Crouchmoor Farm, Tea Green, Hertfordshire, LU2 8PS. Jean-Christophe Novelli will teach a group of 10 to cook seasonal recipes using Flora Cuisine. Includes lunch to taste the dishes made, the opportunity for photographs/autographs with Jean-Christophe and a certificate. There is no cash alternative. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as offered.
The competition prize does not include transportation to and from the Jean Christophe Novelli Cook School.
