My PPI Claim on hold

I have a claim lodged with fscs with regard to a ppi sold by Click Finance, for Paragon. fscs passed the claim to Deloitte to deal with. Deloitte have told me that they have passed it back to fscs are they do not know what to do with the "no claims bonus"element of the ppi with Paragon. They have said that this does not effect the claim. Has anyone got any ideas what this means.
NB The loan with Paragon is still running, however the PPI only covered us for half the length of the loan.

    Hi

It looks like the ball is now rolling for your payout then, well done!:T

As mine was settled/paid off, this did not apply to me when i had a case within the FSCS, but from what I read on here back about a week ago, you will still be entitled to the payout of the NB, if no claim have been made in these 5 years, for unemployment/sickness etc.
