Tariff to only receive incoming calls

Hi,
I'm a student and moving into my own house next year. I want a package that means I can only receive incoming calls as this will be much cheaper and I don't need to make calls on my landline.
Does anybody know if these still exist or could you point me in the direction of a very basic package if they don't?

02 do a 'line rental only' tariff.
Most line rental packages include basic calls, e.g. weekend, or evening and weekend calls.No free lunch, and no free laptop
