hmv and e-vouchers

decided to cancel one of my orders from hmv which was bought with e-vouchers.... got comfirmation of cancelled order and also told i have not been charged.... even though they take the money from your e-wallet as soon as you order, i have emailed back requesting my refund back into my e-wallet now its just a waiting game, i have another 2 outstanding orders but dont want to cancel until i know i,m gonna get refunded, .... trying to get through on the phone is a laugh i usually give up after 30 minutes, has anyone ever got through on the phone???????:mad:

Yep, but it's not worth the effort.

Just email them through the link on their website, they won't reply, but you usually get a "your e-wallet has been credited" type message a couple of days later...

Terrible system they have there.
