    You'll need to check prices - possibly on their own website as it appears some of the comparisons sites re not yet updated - but Ebico will offer the same rate to all customers - ie regardless of how she wants to pay unlike the bigger providers who will charge more for those not on line, not paying by DD etc

    It's not purely an age thing but should your Mum for example have any disabilities, special needs etc each suppliers social tarrifs may also be worth looking into.

    As the debit is only £66 it may not be a stumbling block to transfer. If they do object is she able to clear it & continue with the transfer?
