Can anyone help was misold ppi in 2006 dfs has verbally agreed to repay ppi but have asked me to get a statement of ppi payments made from santander (ppi was with ge money)have waited and waited for letter from santander and have finally been told that they only have statement for last year of ppi they have emailed me full amount paid on ppi this is signed by supervisor and give me a retail dept phone number for dfs to phone dfs have said this probably wont do as santander wont give them any details to do with my account under the data protection act.Can anyone give me any ideas what to do now I know i can request this info under section 7 of the data protection act1998 but what dept in santander do i send this request to?.Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
