To be fair mate they paid more for me to be a customer than I paid them to use gas & electricity. I would return just for the prices

The OP has a specific accurate monthly billing requirement. Can you imagine the challenge it will present for EDF.
The meter reading suite isn't yet working properly.
The phone lines are chocker.
Direct Debits are random.
Billing may be on the wrong tariff.
For those reasons, 'they are out'.:D

Websaver is not the same as Onlinesaver.
Websaver is billed quarterly and is paid for by monthly fixed dd.
Onlinesaver with energysmart is billed monthly and paid for by monthly variable dd.

Penryn, I assure you I am not confused! I did state on one of my posts on here something about websaver, I apologise for that, BUT all I asked for was:
Online Saver 4 with Energy Smart, and could I get it, could I B*****y!
This morning Nicola from BG, she is worth her weight in gold! rang me for the 5th time. Very apologetic and admits the system is not fit for purpose at the moment, but they are "working hard to get things right". Apparently the problems I have had happens to SOME customers not all, and they don't know why! I am referring to the dual fuel estimated reading for the gas, even though I sent the readings in immediately.

Thanks for the heads up. I did have energysmart for my electricity some time ago and had problems with submitting monthly readings, I would often get an email saying your readings not due when it was.
I found that sending emails to BG got it sorted quickly but I suspect they have some dodgy software going on.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
A couple of days ago I got a telephone call from BG trying to get me to return to them - I left them about 12 months ago because of their frustratingly poor customer service.
The person who spoke to me told me that last year, they were voted as the top customer service in the industry!
I wish I could have quoted him the above postings to him!0 -

I used their service and don’t have any complaints on them. The prices are competitive and their service is on a good level. And I liked their friendly stuff by the way
