i'm fed up....
been trying to buy a house for what feels like forever. took ages to find one, then awful survey so pulled out
now we have one - lots of negotiation re the survey, and finally thought we were on the way to buying.
vendor has been stalling to complete on 26th - they sold it as no chain but have now found a house and are trying to match up dates
we found out last week our IFA had put the wrong name of a solicitor on our remortgage application (our current house will then be a buy to let) and so our solicitor did not know she had to do anything in respect of this.
so here we are a week later still waiting for the remortgage offer with the right solicitors name on! everything has ground to a halt while we wait for this - and i suspect we will now have to wait to complete on the 26th - we were hoping for 19th after we found this out last week.
we have pushed so hard to hurry this process up - and are now left feeling very frustrated!

it could be worse, lots of people would love to be in your position, but are one step behind with a house they can't sellsaving up another deposit as we've lost all our equity.

twirly - we can't sell either so are converting to a buy to let - this will at least allow us to move.Proud mum :T
