OMG I can't believe the state of that place!!!
I think next time we want to move I'm going to auction us... In my 20th year in the same job, always pay my rent early and I have OCD when it comes to cleaning!!!

But how on earth would you police that!
I actually really rate my current LA ( they are brilliant in fairness) but what is there to stop me twisting circumstances to bad-mouth them.
LIkewise my LA could say I trashed the place, with a small scrape of the wallpaper.
The good thing is though as long as they gave real names the police will come a looking for them.
