Received my items today :-) however one of the body butters lid has broken and it's gone everywhere making my whole order all greasy and the labels ruined. Not going to look so good as presents now as I intended. Will Be giving customer services a call In the morning. Does anyone know if you can take them to your local store and exchange them?

however you might be more lucky if you call CS... you might get new items and keep those too

I'd not bother going to shop myself - they should have arrived in good order so up to them to post replacements - if they want originals back they need to give you a free label to return by post.

Ooh works as well and almost as good as the 50% off code for those that missed it. I didn't get to use it and think I will turn away from this great offer too!

Right, typically for bodyshop there is much madness going on here.

Combining the cleverness of mummy4monsters and watchitm80 I can get any 3 of the bath and body offer, regardless of value ( including the 18 pounds hooded baby towel) when I buy 2 of the kind hearts handcreams at 3 pounds 50 each :T

At the moment I am looking at 2 handcreams, 1 baby towel and two body butters for 10 pounds 49 minus 24% quidco cashback which looks pretty good.

What I can't do is add anything to put the basket over 20 pounds and get free postage. As soon as I try it prevents the buy 3 get 2 free offer and the buy 2 get 1 free offer working simultaneously and the price goes waaay up. I also seem to have lost the codes box.

Anyone able to overcome either of these obstacles and further improve the glitch?
