Hi, are 2 of your 5 items the same thing, think you will find that might be why. Have had the same in the past.

I really should not be looking in this thread have resisted so far. After major tidy I really must not add anymore until after Christmas as I am already sorted for this year.

I have received my order today, however one of my body butters is not sealed and someone has clearly dipped their fingers into it.

Has anyone else ever had this?

I have tried to call Customer Services but they are closed, so I have emailed them.

The other body butter is fine and sealed.

I just wondered if this has happened to anyone else?

got one of my two orders today 5 body butters for 18.75GBP and quidco tracked as well 6 big shower gels to arrive tomorrow probably for 11GBP plus quidco tracked too thanks guys!

PS. My bf didn't throw me out... yet! LOL

Customer service were really good when they sent me some facepowder but it had broken in the packaging and there was powder everywhere! I e-mailed them and they sent me a new one after I sent them details of a code which was on my invoice that came with it.

Thanks mookiandco, I have emailed them.

I have had loads of orders from them and never a problem until now.

I am sure they will sort out my problem but all of my many glitch purchases have all been sealed.
