Sainsbury's staff passes

I've posted this before but in another thread under the advice of a regular poster I have put this as a new thread as i can't find anyone that has had the same issue.
I recently recieved a PCN from a Euro car park however the details of the issuing PCN do not seem to be on this forum so I was wondering if any one else has had a similar issue.
As ECP are now policing sainsbury's car parks as a bonus to staff ECP are giving passes that can be used. The staff in sainsbury's were told that they could use the pass in ANY euro car park. This appears to be not the case. I parked in a car park one day with this pass - no ticket. The next day a £70 PCN!
I know other people that have used these passes other towns, and the same town and have not recieved PCN. In my rage i rang up and was told rudely that others must have just "got lucky". but was told to appeal and she assured me it would be dropped! So i did - mistake I now realise and of course I have recieved the letter saying it was unsuccessful.
I am now going to ignore but I was wondering has anyone else been told that they can use these passes?
Many thanks

Ignore Euro but you should be making a complaint in the strongest terms to your employer for allowing these cowboys anywhere near their car parks..they don't "manage the car park" as they claim they just try and scam as much money as possible from the unsuspecting customers and now it seems staff as well !!!!!0 -
Even if Euro themselves told you you could use the pass in any car park, they'd still give out phoney parking tickets and cash in.
Revolting, parasitic company. But on the upside, very very easy to ignore and have publicly stated they will never ever bother with court.0 -
I suspect that the VRN is part of an exclusion list in their ANPR system.0
