Dell overcharging nightmare

Ordered 2 of those £188 Dells one for me and one for the sister.
Changed the monitors for flat panels and got a £160 refund for the CRTs - no problems you would think - But then another charge appeared for £366 for the PC and £362 for the flat panels.
Then they tried to deliver another two - the email arrived confirming a none existent order - i told them its not me and refused delivery - got charged all the same.
The summary for 2 pcs and two flat panels are:
£366 - agreed for 2 pcs
£366 - duplicate
£362 - agreed - for flat panels
£-160 - agreed - for refund of CRT
£367 - refused.
I have emailed and called Dell but to no avail.
£188 for a PC is really good. Its not good when they charge you 3 times for it though :mad:
